Intellectual Property and Use
- I have the right to decline your request if I'm unable to fulfill.
- Commission is for personal use.
(Please state your use of the commission first)
- Editing my artwork without my consent is strictly prohibitted.
- Using my artworks for NFT/AI training is strictly prohibited.
- I have the right to display the result. If necessary, please let me know if I need to put it on hold.Payment and Refunds
- Payment will be done through Paypal Invoice.
- Available for 50% upfront payment BEFORE sketch and pay the other half after work is finished.
- Refunds are not allowed when I have started working on the piece.
- If I am unable to finish the commission, it will be 100% refunded.
Applying for refund is OK if:
- After 2 weeks is still on waiting line
- Artwork hasn't finished within 2,5 months and client does not want to wait anymore. (Note that you won't receive the artwork)Work Agreement
- Client will provide the character's design, and details. I will not design the character from scratch.
- Pose reference (that are drawn) provided by the client won't be 100% replicated to avoid copyright.
- Work will be updated depends on our agreement. Generally, I'll be updating whenever I make process or I'm busy.
